Job Summary
Contribute to business improvement and service level enhancement through a data-based approach to the series of business processes in the supply chain from order receipt and shipment to sales posting (Order To Cash).
Manage team members’ workload, performance, and daily operations, providing coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to optimize task allocation and resource planning.
Improve our customer (Internal/External) service level for all of our business model (Short term/ Long term Consignment and Dealer direct sales) and manage inventory.
