Job Summary
Under supervision, the Medical Lab Technician performs routine and special laboratory assays of patient specimens in all sections of Clinical Laboratory Medicine to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
Performs various microscopic, chemical, hematological, immunologic, or bacteriologic assays according to established standards.

Key Requirements
Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
American Society for Clinical Pathology - Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Successful completion of a supervised one year clinical internship
