  • Investigate and resolve complex HR issues, system errors, data discrepancies, and payroll-related concerns, collaborating with IT and HRIS teams.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on time management and payroll issues, and manage complex HR-related requests in ServiceNow, ensuring high customer service.
