Must-have
3-5 years vehicle maintenance experience
Class 8 and Class B tractor repair
Electrical troubleshooting on 12 volt DC circuits
Diesel engine troubleshooting and repair
Preventative maintenance inspections
Nice-to-have
Gas and electrical welding experience
Ability to drive Class A and B tractors
Strong commitment to safety culture
Energetic self-starter with ownership

Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
