The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds while ensuring a calm environment and promptly reporting any accidents or changes in resident condition.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist with bathing and dressing residents
