Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
This role involves administrative functions, committee participation, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
