Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in arts and sciences
  • At least one year of full-time employment in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree completed or in progress
  • At least two years of full-time employment in a relevant field
  • At least one year of full-time experience in academic advising or coaching
  • At least one year of full-time experience in college teaching or counseling
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
