Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-8 years AI/ML project delivery experience
Hands-on agentic-AI development with LangGraph
Architect LLM and BERT-based applications
Experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem
Proven consulting or client-facing environment
Nice-to-have
Deep understanding of sustainability and ESG frameworks
Strong executive-level communication skills
Knowledge of Responsible AI principles
Familiarity with GRI, SASB, ESRS reporting standards
PhD in Computer Science or related field
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, or Engineering
6-8 years of AI/ML project delivery experience
2-3 years leading teams or architecting solutions
Demonstrated expertise in MLOps and scaling AI solutions
