Job Summary
This role is critical for the NEOM Green Hydrogen project, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia's strict facility operator permits and safety regulations.
The incumbent must coordinate complex interfaces between engineering, sub-contractors, and the customer to deliver application packages for HCIS, SAIS, NCA, and NCEC approvals.
Candidates require deep knowledge of KSA laws including SAF and SEC/SAIS directives to manage multi-functional teams on a rotation schedule in Duba, Tabuk Region.
