  • Responsible for driving relationship management / strategic alliances across AIA Agency Force through targeted groups.
  • Plan and execute business strategies and plans for the Agency Force to achieve the top line targets through new business sales expansion.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to growth CS sales and increase the market share in CS business, both in conventional and Takaful space, in the respective area/ regions and targeted groups.
