Salary
Base: $22.90 - $34.35 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on Bonus eligible based on eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO

Must-have
Perform routine and complex technical skills
Venipuncture and specimen collection
Administer medications and vaccines safely
Complete CLIA approved waived laboratory tests
Maintain clean work environment and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop rapport with patients
Proficient computer skills with EMR systems
Demonstrates customer service skills
Cross trained for specialty duties
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience
Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
Successful completion of Atrium Health competency assessment
