Job Summary

  • The Care Progression Manager serves as an integral component of the Capacity Leadership Team for the Health System while owning primary oversight for case management at Saint Luke’s East Hospital.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing designated aspects of the case coordination, prior authorization, clinical documentation, and concurrent review programs to ensure maximal reimbursement, prevent financial loss to the hospital, and to minimize patient liability.
