Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years program or project management experience
3+ years manufacturing experience
Understanding of automation systems and Industry 4.0
Experience with MES enhancements and data transparency
Ability to coordinate with technology vendors
Nice-to-have
Strong cross-functional leadership abilities
Excellent communication and influencing skills
PMP certification preferred
Experience supporting business development and RFQ responses
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Information Systems
5+ years of program or project management experience
