Job Summary

  • The Marketing Intern, Property Management position will support the Regional Marketing Director with day-to-day activities implementing the Marketing Program and Marketing functions for Outlet Collection Winnipeg shopping centre.
  • This position will also learn the dynamics of executing a targeted, cost-efficient annual Marketing plan for the centre, which utilizes Marketing Funds to increase centre traffic, increase tenants’ sales and increase market share within a specified trade area.
  • Hands-on experience in a global commercial real estate firm, building practical skills in contract analysis and performance optimization that complement your academic knowledge.
