  • Supports the mission, vision, culture and policies of Destination Pet.
  • Manages center staff at the direction of the General Manager– motivate, recruit, hires, trains, promotes, coach/counsel, terminates when necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Associate or BS/BA is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer applications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
  • Exceptional strong customer service experience and skills
  • Veterinary, boarding and/or grooming experience is a plus
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must frequently lift 40 pounds
  • Must be able to be on feet for the duration of your shift
