Salary
Base: $28.55 - $42.85 per hour; Bonus: Sign-on bonus eligible based on eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive suite including PTO, health/welfare, and retirement match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Thorough knowledge of aseptic technique
5 years total operating room experience
2 years specialized training in neurosurgery or spine
Ability to lift and support 35 pounds
Current Basic Life Support certification
Nice-to-have
Experience with complex orthopedic procedures
Participation in performance improvement processes
Willingness to serve as a preceptor
Flexibility for rotating shifts and holidays
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited surgical technology school
Current certification in Surgical Technology
Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider
Meets all ST III qualifications of Surgical Tech Ladder
