Job Summary

  • The Director of Driver Recruitment is tasked with engaging all key stakeholders throughout the recruitment life cycle in order to execute the most effective recruiting strategy and drive candidate flow in a high-volume environment.
  • Expectations extend beyond basic recruiting fundamentals and includes oversight of floor activity, department expenditures, relations with vendors and outside schools, application flow and processing, veteran programs, and ad placement.
  • This position supervises 30+ indoor and field recruiters and is fully onsite at our Dallas, Texas headquarters.
