Job Summary
The NC Department of Transportation connects people, products and places safely and efficiently with customer focus, accountability, and environmental sensitivity to enhance the economy and vitality of North Carolina.
This position serves as a project inspector on roadway and structure projects, supporting higher level technicians and engineers in the administration of construction contracts.
The selected employee will be expected to work outside in varying temperature and weather conditions and perform moderate physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.
