This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations while providing strong leadership to all operations personnel.
Core priorities include maintaining peak boiler and turbine performance, enforcing environmental and safety standards, optimizing daily workflow, and driving continuous improvement through oversight, auditing, and technical training.
