  • Chair Material Review Board (MRB) duties
  • Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) expertise
  • Supplier Quality and Hardware Quality tasks

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential
  • Experience with PRISM, SAP, and Windchill systems
  • First Article Inspection per AS9102 knowledge
  • J-Std-001/IPC-A-610 certification capability
  • Mentoring and team leadership skills
  • Proposal Basis of Estimates development

Key Requirements

  • Active transferable U.S. government Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Working experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 QMS
  • Proven experience chairing MRB and FRB boards
  • Ability to obtain J-Std-001/IPC-A-610 certification
