  • Translates workforce data into actionable insights that inform organizational design and capacity planning, while developing dashboards and advanced reporting.
  • Operates strategically and tactically, owning multi-year HR systems roadmaps while remaining hands-on with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and stakeholder enablement.
