  • The Managing Partner practice focuses on stewarding subscribers of our Workday Success Plan offering in North America, serving customers with relevant industry stories and practical ways to realize value from Workday's technology.
  • The role is responsible for the overall success of an assigned group of deploying and production customers, orchestrating executive relationships, ensuring successful deployment, and encouraging an effective reference motion.
  • Success is measured on customer satisfaction, subscription revenue retention, & subscription revenue growth, with opportunities for trust, growth, skill development, and long-term company investment.

  • 10+ years experience deploying Cloud SaaS ERP solutions
  • 2+ years direct experience with cloud-native HR or Finance software
  • 8+ years developing and maintaining C-level relationships
  • Experience within Diversified Industries customer base
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
