Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring vital signs, recording intake, and maintaining resident comfort and safety.
