Job Summary

• The Staff Medical Science Liaison implements initiatives in KOL engagement, advisory boards, research, publications, medical education, and field intelligence.
• Primary responsibilities include developing relationships with KOLs, identifying unmet needs, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver insights.
• This position reports to the Senior Director, Medical & Scientific Affairs – Acute Care and is part of the Medical & Scientific Affairs organization.

Salary

Base: $160,000 – $175,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)

• 9+ years experience and Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years experience and Master's degree
• 4+ years experience and Doctorate degree
• 3+ years Medical Affairs/MSL experience
