Job Summary
The Government Conveyance Coordinator will be responsible for managing properties to achieve ICC condition for conveyance, managing CWCOT auction files, and making executive decisions regarding an REOs disposition path.
Arrange for contractual services relating to property inspections, appraisers, and assist in managing relationships with and performance of vendors.

Key Requirements
3+ years Single-Family Default Real Estate Servicing experience
Direct Government Conveyance experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Specialized knowledge in government regulations (FHA, HUD)
Specialized knowledge of home repair costs and timelines
