Key Requirements

  • Experience in blended or outbound Call Centre or telephone service
  • Knowledge / experience within the financial services industry
  • Availability on a variable schedule Monday to Friday between 8am to 8pm
  • Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC or CIFC) or Life Insurance License (LLQP)
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
