PhD in Immunology or Molecular Biology
6+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience
Expertise in GI inflammatory and fibrotic biology
Experience with 3D tissue culture systems
Leadership of cell-based assay development
Integration of AI-enabled analytics workflows

Strategic thinking in matrix environment
Cross-functional influence skills
Strong scientific judgment capabilities

Key Requirements
