Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
Registered Nurse license preferred
Two years clinical nursing experience
Knowledge of Medicare Medi-cal Medicaid programs
Excellent time management skills
Nice-to-have
Certified Case Manager (CCM) certificate
PCC Knowledge preferred
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work independently
Sound judgement in provider interactions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
RN license preferred or LVN/LPN acceptable
2 years clinical nursing experience
Maintain good standing with Department of Public Health
Complete continuing education and licensing requirements
