Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
The position requires adherence to facility policies, maintaining resident confidentiality, and reporting any changes in resident condition or incidents promptly.
