Job Summary
This 3-year rotational Career Development Program offers high-potential graduates hands-on experience across Engineering, Commercial, Operations, or Functional tracks.
The first assignment is based in Saint Quentin Fallavier, France, supporting the Industrial Gases sales organization with technical application support for advanced material processing.
Participants will gain exposure to senior leaders, receive structured mentoring, and transition into permanent roles by building a strong professional network.
