Stryker is seeking an Associate Clinical Representative for its Spine, CMF, and Enabling Technologies division, requiring a field-based role that includes an on-call schedule for surgical support. Job Summary

  • As an Associate Clinical Representative, you will work directly with Senior sales representative for Spine, CMF and Enabling Technology to coordinate daily surgical case volume coverage, instrumentation needs and after-hour call support for end users.
  • Develop deep product and anatomy knowledge through ongoing training and hands-on experience in the operating room and assist in coordinating and supporting surgical cases by preparing, delivering, and tracking Stryker products and instruments across multiple hospital sites.
  • Provide responsive customer service by anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and problem-solving and report surgical volume trends, customer requests, and competitive insights to the Sales Representative and sales management.
