Skills & Requirements
Must-have
PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering or Optics
3+ years industry experience in optical testing
Hands-on experience with optical chip prototyping
Proficiency in C, Python, and LabView scripting
Experience with BERTs, DCAs, VNAs, and AWGs
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of JMP, Matlab, and MS Office
Experience with CAD software like Zemax or Solidworks
Self-motivated and creative teamwork orientation
Background in Data Center Interconnect products
Key Requirements
Ph.D. or MS in Electrical Engineering, Optics, or Applied Physics
Minimum 3 years of industry experience preferred
