Key Requirements
High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of professional human resources experience
One (1) year of experience at the lower-level HR Generalist 2 (HRP011) or position equivalent
Experience in FMLA, LWOP, and leave administration
Experience in Workers’ Compensation and unemployment claims
Experience in ADA coordination, Georgia Activity Analysis, and accommodations
Experience in Benefits administration and reconciliation
