Key Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of professional human resources experience
  • One (1) year of experience at the lower-level HR Generalist 2 (HRP011) or position equivalent
  • Experience in FMLA, LWOP, and leave administration
  • Experience in Workers’ Compensation and unemployment claims
  • Experience in ADA coordination, Georgia Activity Analysis, and accommodations
  • Experience in Benefits administration and reconciliation
