The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities include administering medications, completing charting and documentation, participating in care plan development, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
The position requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
