Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Journeyman's License or 5 years experience
Secret or TS/SCI clearance required
Experience with large water chiller systems
Knowledge of CBRNE filter systems
Proficiency with Direct Digital Control systems
Nice-to-have
Overseas work environment experience
Strong verbal and instructional skills
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
Experience mentoring inexperienced personnel
Rapport building with all organizational levels
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience supporting large buildings
