Job Summary
This role serves as a player-coach responsible for producing high-quality, discovery-based learning content while mentoring the instructional design team.
The incumbent will own the digital dexterity content roadmap, ensuring technical accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with global Takeda standards before release.
Success in this position requires translating complex technical topics into practical task-based learning artifacts including automation templates and prompt libraries.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field
Minimum 6+ years experience in L&D/digital learning
3+ years designing digital discovery-based curriculum
2+ years in a senior lead player-coach role
Fluent in English language proficiency
Willingness to travel between Mexico, India, and Cambridge
