Job Summary

  • The Field Service & Repair Engineer / Assembler will manage customer repairs and provide on-site service for brakes, clutches, and couplings, diagnosing faults and performing maintenance.
  • Responsibilities include stripping and rebuilding returned units to 'as new' standard, supporting sales and engineering with service work, and maintaining ISO9001 quality standards.
  • The role also involves carrying out assembly work when not engaged in field service, including operating an overhead crane and testing products to specification.
