  • The Head of HR will be expected to translate CLM HR strategies, frameworks, and policies into practical, executable plans for PMLI.
  • Drive employee engagement, communication initiatives, and culture-building programs tailored to the Myanmar market.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years HR leadership experience

  • Solid understanding of Myanmar labor laws
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
