Azure APIM or similar API management platforms
Self-hosted gateways and Kubernetes/OpenShift
OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, and API security models
CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Containerization with Docker or Podman
Hybrid/on-premises platform operations
API monitoring via Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
Nice-to-have
Experience with GenAI Dev tooling like Claude Code
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Familiarity with Splunk or Dynatrace observability
Prompt Engineering and AI API design skills
Experience with Kafka and service meshes
Zero-trust architecture implementation knowledge
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
