Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible for the resolution of cyber and privacy liability claims with increased responsibility for decision making within their authority and will work with minimal oversight.
  • Responsibilities include investigating, negotiating and settling primary and excess cyber, privacy liability and technology E&O claims, as well as managing litigation filed nationwide against insureds.

  • 3-5 years cyber/professional liability claims experience
