Job Summary
The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in deploying, configuring, and managing SL1/VOSS, our new enterprise monitoring tool for Unified Communications.
As the primary point of contact for UC system performance, the successful candidate will act as the first line of defense, working independently to ensure that all communication systems are running optimally and efficiently.
