Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years testing experience in agile teams
  • API-driven testing expertise
  • Experience with Jira/Xray and Confluence
  • GUI and backend functional testing skills
  • Fluent Norwegian language (C1 level)

Nice-to-have

  • Interest in coordinating cross-team activities
  • Passion for DevOps and automation
  • Experience with streaming data and Kafka
  • ISTQB Foundation certification or plans to obtain
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of testing experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent education
  • Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • ISTQB Foundation certification preferred
  • Experience with test management tools like Jira/Xray
