Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation or Computer Science
15+ years work experience including 5+ years in operational technology
Experience with ISA-88/95 and Pharma 4.0 standards
Proven track record in automation and execution systems in regulated environments
Experience managing global shop floor and laboratory systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and develop high performing teams
Functional knowledge of cGMP and FDA-regulated manufacturing
Experience in project management within biopharma manufacturing
