  • You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day implementation of the Lumwana Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) by coordinating field activities, supporting community engagement, managing RAP data, and ensuring compliance with approved RAP commitments.
  • Your duties will include coordinating daily RAP implementation activities, supporting compensation and relocation processes, assisting with community consultations, and maintaining accurate RAP records.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in resettlement, land acquisition, community development, or large infrastructure/mining projects
  • Working knowledge of IFC Performance Standard 5 and Zambian resettlement processes
  • Experience engaging rural communities, traditional leadership, and local authorities
  • Full Grade twelve (12) Certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Environmental Management, Land Administration, or related field
