Job Summary
This leader will oversee and optimize the entire revenue cycle across our supported practices — from charge capture and claims submission to A/R management, cash posting, and payer relations.
You will be instrumental in building and scaling Guardian Dental’s revenue infrastructure, mentoring and developing high-performing teams, and evaluating, implementing, and optimizing revenue cycle technologies that support scalability and long-term growth.
Base salary: $100,000 – $135,000, commensurate with experience; Competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage; 100% Remote.
