Unilever is seeking an Occupational Safety, Health and Environment (OSHE) Leader for its Port Sunlight manufacturing unit, focusing on safety management, compliance with legislation, and environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and health regulations, risk assessments, and a commitment to driving a safety culture within the organization
Job Summary
The OSHE Leader drives safety culture in the manufacturing unit by ensuring that all Company safety policy, rules and procedures are understood and followed in all areas.
The individual will ensure strong working relationships with the Occupational Health and HR departments to organise personal dosimetry testing when required.
The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day management and driving forward of environmental KPI’s and for engaging the workforce in the company environmental agenda.
