  • Develops a comprehensive and effective territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals.

Salary

Base: $154,736 to $183,900 (Account Manager) or $160,397 to $190,628 (Specialty Account Manager); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual bonus program or sales-based incentive plan, Stock-based long-term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive employee benefits package, Retirement and Savings Plan, group medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree & 8 years of collective account management experience
  • Associate degree & 10 years of collective account management experience
  • Buy-and-bill experience
  • Biologic/infusion experience
  • Sales experience in Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, and/or rare/specialty disease states
  • Site of care and reimbursement experience
  • Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks
