As a Compliance & Legal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for promoting operations and compliance programs in the legal and compliance fields within the Thermo Fisher Scientific Japan Group.
Daily tasks include reviewing compliance-related cases, conducting due diligence on transaction partners such as agents, providing internal compliance training, promoting efficiency in legal-related tasks including the use of generative AI, and performing other legal and compliance-related operational tasks.
This position offers the opportunity to experience a wide range of business operations within a company with a broad business portfolio and to directly communicate with management and senior leaders to implement necessary initiatives from a compliance perspective.
