Job Summary
The Organisational Change Manager (OCM) sits within the OCM Practice in Portfolio & Planning and partners with other Change Managers within the Student Experience Tapestry program.
As an Organisational Change Manager, you will shape and deliver organisational change across assigned projects within the program, including defining change scope, developing and delivering change materials, supporting stakeholder engagement, and delivering clear communications.
The role requires consolidating program-wide stakeholder matrices, identifying join-up opportunities, and contributing to consistent messaging across the program.

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ strong experience as an OCM practitioner
Experience in application of an OCM methodology (such as PROSCI)
Degree in Information Technology, and/or related Vendor Certifications
CCNA or CCNP level certifications - highly desirable
