** Apex Group is seeking a Compliance Plan Tester to support compliance monitoring and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within their Jersey operations. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Jersey's regulatory environment, particularly in AML/CFT frameworks, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. **

Job Summary

  • This important role is to assist the Money Laundering Compliance Officer and the Head of Compliance in providing assurance to the Board that the activities of the Apex business in Jersey are undertaken in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • The Compliance Monitoring and Testing team is responsible for the timely and effective execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan for the Jersey business.
  • Keep abreast of changing regulatory environment, assess, and recommend amendments to, internal systems and controls as well as policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with the regulatory framework.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in scheduling and executing compliance reviews
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant compliance qualification
